Solutions Providers

1. Problems/Challenges it aims to solve

Lack of digitization and automation in private capital markets: Private markets still rely heavily on manual processes and paper-based workflows, limiting efficiency and scalability.

Fragmentation across systems and platforms: Private market participants today use many different platforms and systems that don't interoperate, including various blockchains, ledgers, issuance platforms, exchanges, custodians, and compliance engines. This fragmentation makes end-to-end workflows complex.

Illiquidity and lack of secondary trading: Private securities lack liquidity and secondary trading options.

Need for open collaboration: Transforming complex ecosystems requires joint effort across institutions. Ownera brings together major players across finance and technology to jointly design open standards and networks.

Compliance and regulatory uncertainty: New digital solutions need to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Interoperability across ledgers: Ownera's protocol aims to route transactions across any blockchain or traditional ledger.
